He may have kicked the car, but I doubt he intentionally ran into it with his bike. People really shouldn't flip someone off if they're not willing to deal with the possible consequences.

Whether or not someone gives you the finger is no reason to follow someone home, trying to intimidate them. It's about being the bigger person, which apparently this guy had a hard time doing. So instead he felt the need to follow two girls home...what a big macho man he must be.

police already confirmed there was contact between the bike and the car. So think of this. Girl says "he hit my car" the biker would have said "they hit me and ran off, so i followed them"

I can agree with that logic. I doubt she hit him on purpose and his actions on the bike could have caused it, but I believe you are along the right route. They didn't bother stopping after the collision, hence him following.
