man my jeep conked out today...but then it started again hmm?

so i was leaving class today and boom jgc 00 just decides to quit on me...i roll into a parking lot thank god it was there. try starting it 5 mins on-offbut nothing. then i disconnected my sub and 1000w i reinstalled the factory pos+ from the alt (big 3) line and boom ive got ignition. its been dimming my lights since installed and even after the big 3 it still dimmed substanialy. it ran fine w/no radio for 2 days but it did it again. but again started back up and got me home and to work and back. what does this sound like. thinking of gettin a yellow top to replace the fact batt

You have a bmw...you can afford to take it to a shop. But maybe try checking your connections? Maybe the fuel pump is not getting current and is stalling it out.
