Pfft. Only losers die.Current is what does damage, not so much voltage...if you get caught between a fully discharging car battery, that's several hundred amps at 12VDC through you - deadly even at low voltage.
It's preferable to work with one hand on live circuits, if that's possible - that way, you only get electrocuted through your hand instead of having it go from one hand to the other, through your heart.
