madden 07 freeze up for you?

im playing a season on xbox 360 the xbox is the core system the game is madden 07 im on my 6th game of the season against the dolphins and everytime i get to the 4th quarter with 2 minutes left the game starts delaying to where i get delay of game warnings on me so i tryed playing again this time i think i can get around it by doing qb kneels so the time finally runs out but then when it shows my stats it freezes right there.. anyone know why it does this?

i thought at first it was the game disk but it also does it on nba2k7 the **** system is only about 14 months old and only used about an hour every other day if even that..i may go back to play station

Overheating Issue. Mod the fan's at a higher voltage. Put some heatsink compound on the gpu heatsink.

Too complicated, I'm taking it back and getting warranty. Plus if i fuck that shit up i'm screwed
