Hi Chad, no, it doesn't. There's a nice thick bead of AB glue holding the six spiders down to the frame. The whole thing holds up well.

Great to hear, the spider sitting that high on the former worried me a bit, im sure with it sitting on the landing it helps coil rock and the pole chamfer helps alot to.

Cant wait to see these subs in more peoples hands

Thanks alot for posting that extra info Chad. I've been waiting forever for the other baskets to get in - just couldn't wait any longer.
I'm happy to see so much interest in this unit here. Guys, you will probably never see a driver of this caliber sell for such a low price. For those who are pondering getting one, stop pondering! The selling price is going to be substancially higher once the pre-order is complete.
