ya, i want to see some wangin on some power in a car. might try to squeeze two of em sealed in my little intrigue. trunk flex ftw!

Im sorry if my video didnt supply what you wanted, but I assure you it wanged just fine and acheived its 12mm xmax. Also, the sub was connected to a MTX 1501d, which is plenty for the sub's RMS rating of 600 watts...any higher power of an amp would of been retarded and just cooked the sub, which was not the intention of my demo.

18"... 12mm xmax is still a lot of air moving. Thats like an 8" with 40 mm xmax.. okay thats an exaggeration, but you get the point. With big subs, xmax doesnt matter so much, cuz they move massive amounts of air.. plus in most cases, subs with lower xmax have much better cone control. Of course, thats in my experiences... but that doesnt apply to shitty subs. Shitty subs are shitty subs regardless.

i think for the price, and what snoopdan did with 1 is amazing. iirc he hit 144ish db with a $80 sub. that in itself is crazy. like its been said by just about anyone that has them, they are literally amazing for the price. i myself think that even if they cost twice as much they would still be amazing for that price.

Not to mention there is another Mach5 18 on the horizon. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
And from what I've heard its supposed to be a good one! But will require a big box like the avalanche did. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif
