ma audio amp for american pro?

I have an ma audio hk602sx 3600 w rms amp I've advertised for sale or trade on Craigslist. I have no use for an amp that powerful, and I want a 4+ channel and speakers for my boat. Someone has offered to trade an American pro 300 w 4 channel amp and mtx 6x9 s (2) for my ma 3600 watt.

Would this be dumb? I want a 4 Channel for the boat and I have no use for the hk 602 sx, but I don't wanna trade a good amp for junk.

American Pro is swap meet garbage. MA isnt the greatest but its miles ahead of that ****. Hold out for something better.
