Lyrically talented rappers

MOST bay area cars ****. havent hear many of those guys you listed, but im saying in general the bay area is weaaakkkkkk.
I agree with that...most of the more known bay area rappers do ****...actually most rappers from anywhere ****...they are trying to hard to be famous or create there own identity, ie hyphy, crunk, and so on, instead of making quality music from the heart...no message, no content, and no skill in the majority of rap/ hip-hop these days...

Just cause u rhyme words together at the end of sentences doesnt make u a rap/hip-hop artist.

Wow you're anal. Anyways why can't you just tell me that? vs why does he do this?

Didn't you say this?

"Throw out some artists and or songs that envolve great flowing, vocab, poetry aka. tap song not a "imma kill anyone who dont buy my drugs or bang my woman" type rap. I love good lyrics, so please help me out."

He said Jedi Mind Tricks, but you said not that "type" of rap. So I was just referring to why he said that.

Unless you're just reiterating what I said, which in that case, I take it all back.

I'm totally confused right now :\.

I was saying that the original dude who posted that artist was way off the subject of this thread and should have read the original post to understand what this is focused around. Pretty much what you said to him.

and eminem's newer songs were straight horrible in my opinion. His older Cd's were pretty good but wtf happened to his style? I give that two thumbs way down!
yes i agree... i dont know wtf he is trying to do now, his older cds were good

most of the local orlando guys that i have come across have been far ahead of the TV game.

minniapolis as well.

midwest hip hop has straight up blew up the last few years. there are plenty of cd's in full talking about worth while topics.

JMT is good stuff

Stoupe's beats are incredible man

Eminem, Tupac, Biggie, JR Writer (flow and punchlines), 40 cal (flow and punchlines), Lil Wayne, Immortal Technique, Lloyd Banks (punchlines), Ludacris, Fort Minor, Joe Budden (

Now some of these rappers talk "Teh Gangsta" but their punchlines are sick. I'm a big Dipset fan because I like their punchlines, you might not, but I thought I'd throw it out there anyway. Eminem, Immortal Technique, Fort Minor, and Joe Budden have stories behind their songs. Joe Budden- "Three Sides to a Story" is one of the most storybound lyrical songs I've heard..awesome.

why do people say TUPAC IS LYRICAL. holy **** he had simple songs, and put it together so people could understand. HES BASIC!

that Budden song i pretty nice, but his released shit (albums) blow. mistape stuff is nice though.
