At the comp I was at MECA was there and using the Lin. X. I know you have to mess with boxes and such but, do you usually tune low for the kick?

No BDIDDY, tuning low is good for two things, reality SPL (headrest metering) and drive-by SPL (6ft I believe from the door outside of the vehicle). In the kick and on the dash too I believe a bit higher tuning usually works a bit better.

Seems like this is another typical audio forum (some really smart people, some beginners, and some in the middle like myself that have a little experience), although this forum doesnt seem to have as much brand loyalty going on as some other forums. Looks like this will turn into one of the two audio forums I visit on a daily basis from now on.

That's funny you call it a daily driver with 18 speakers, or have I misunderstood. What kind of vehicle did you use to cram all of them in? One advatage I guess is that you could have 17 blow and still have bass. If one goes bad every two years then you have 36 years of life in that system.
