I have had mixed results...now i just get everything 1/2 inch over sized and take care of it myself.

I have had lowes cut atleast 4 boxes for me.. All were perfect and thats with old and new men using saw. Tossed each one $20 bucks and they did the job correct. Hell they even messed up on 1 cut and went and got a second sheet just to make that one panel and still only charged me for 1 sheet when he had to use 2... Money Talks people...
