Yall all know that I am getting 2 10" L7's with the 1000-1 amp. My friends has 2 10" type R's with a 1000-1 amp, he is saying that his type R's are going to be louder than the two L7's. Is this true

There are too many variables to be able to tell. What are the installs going to be in? What kind of amps? And box? Its all in the install

assuming the L7's have a proper enclosure, they should be louder

I am installing the L7s in a single cab dodge 1500 1996, and the kid with the type r's has them in a 2005 ford F-150 single cab but he has like 8 more inches on me in space behine the seat.
