Louder than my Mofo's?

Are you sayin 2 12's cause of height limits or why???I have a 15" Massive DMX in a 4 cube box and sounds great at all notes.........Was bangin a Alan Jackson CS from Bassman today and thought me car was comin apart.
I'm saying (2) 12's to replace my Mofo's... as stated in my OP. Later on down the road when I save some more cheese, I'm gonna grab 4 15's or something. But for right now, I'm just looking for a swap to replace the Mofo's when I sell them, and they're gonna go in the same box as my mofo's are in now. And as far as all these other subs listed, I just wan't (2) 12's... less than 200 a peice and just as loud or louder than my mofo's. Mainly focusing on he FI SSD's vs. the Kicker CVR's. Read my OP, it explains what I'm wanting.

mofo doesnt sound good but they do get loud, also they will play low if you tune your enclosure correctly. save your money by biulding a new enclosure and get something you really want later down the road.
Like my OP said, thats exactly what I'm doing, saving some more money to buy something insane. But until then, I'm just looking to do a simple swap of my 12's. Out with the Mofo's and in with something else. The mofo's sound good, but don't hit all the notes, which is getting on my nerves. I can only listin to certain songs. And yes, they are very loud so I need something to replace them that is equal or louder off my Hifonics BX2005D. I have also been looking at the Soundstream T4-12. How do you guys think that would compare to the CVX's or SSD's in my box with my amp? Thanks guys

honestly i think your problem is having your box tuned so low for 12" subs...thats probably why it doesnt sounds very good on some notes, i would say tune it a little bit higher and see if you get better response.

Yea man, my buddy actually said that might be the problem. My system only likes a few certain notes, usually really deep southern rap type bass. Like the bass in Jeezy's "Airforces" is perfect, but the bass in "Bia Bia" sounds really high pitched, almost like bass coming from my mids. Most west coast rap doesen't hit hardly at all and sounds really high and buzzy sounding.

i would say go with either the CVX or the SSD, both are great subs, with great customer support, you will be very happy with either.
Yea man, thats what I'm trying to decide on though, the CVX's or the SSD's! Daaahhh... I don't know. So hard to decide! Looking for some pro's and cons of each. And if theyd be alright in my box with my amp that already got. BTW Shawn, I'm in Bradenton right now on vacation from the Military.
