Thanks. Pain in the butt, but it saved some space, and I have absolutely ZERO rattle. Still have to seal the cabin from the trunk, but that will come.

Lol, i dunno about taurus's having a whole lot of trunk space. I have a 93 sable and had to pull out that bar behind the seat to get the sub in there, the trunk may be big but the opening is pretty small. Then again maybe 93 just sucks, i dunno.

yeah, it's decieving, the trunk looks huge, but the opening is relatively tiny, i can just barely squeeze 7 cubes in there

My taurus is a 93. I think the opening is fairly large. Compared to my Cobra, it's like a fat versus skinny chick. I don't even know how they fit the side panels for the trunk in the Mustang.

My self having a car with a big trunk (86 vic) I can feel the pain. I had 2 12 w7's in the trunk and boy it did not sound loud at all but eh it was a nice back massager. you couldn't really hear it but for some reason you could really feel it.

This is pretty much what i'm doing now. Just don't know which way for the ports. I took my rear fill out as well so i'm hoping it's going to cut on the trunk rattle and get louder. with that box I think if you kept the 18 facing up, but ported it to the top as well or back it would be louder, just a thought that is what has worked for me in my vic
