Loud Static

I was driving downt he road listnein to Jeezy and all the sudden my speakers started making a loud staticy noise. When I disconnect the speaker RCAs is does not do it. So I tryed a new amp, same problem. I tryed running a seperate pair of RCAs across the car, same problem, then I put the RCAs into the rear outputs ofthe HU, same problem. So if the ipod is hooked up there is no problem....even if the ipod is not playing but a CD is?

If I hook the Ipod up directly to the amps there is no problem.

I was thinking that, but then when I have just sub rcas to sub amp rcas it plays just fine and if I put the the rcas going to the sub amp to the speaker amp it does it.

Maybe your sub amp isn't a full-range amp. I'm still guessing deck.

Ok I tried a diff HU and diff amp and it still does it!

Lmao nah I tore the car apart this morning and tried every little thing and found out some of the wires coming off the speakers got loose and started touchn the metal ont he door.

I put it all back together and I have ground whine though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif. Thats another problem for tommorow, at least it plays now though.
