Loud Squeak Noise

My buddy has a Mustang and he recently added a new HU and speakers. But, when he starts his car, he gets this really loud squeak sound like a very solid chirp right when the HU powers up. Anyone know what might cause this..??

It only happens once when it powers up the HU. It then stops and doesn't continue. we think it might have something to do with some sort of spike when the automatic locks engage.. but not sure...
