alright i hooked up my new infinity tweeters i got for $15 off of

and i was putting my door back together after fixing the wire of my midbass and i must of hit something cause all i hear is this loud annoying buzzing noise?
i switched on my highpass filter for my front stage and unplugged my rears cause they are blown, idk if this makes a difference
i have no idea what it could be?
i checked the wires again and when i turn my radio off it goes away.
music still plays but with the noise.
