Ok so I finally got a noise violation ticket. My question is how much is the fine normally for this?

a guy locally here got one in town and it was around $400. He got out of the first one with community service, then got another one within 2 weeks and had to pay it

I got my setup hooked up like 3 weeks ago at 830PM and like I got to go take a quick cruise around the block and didn't grab my license or nothing, and got a noise violation within 10 minutes of getting my setup running. Kind of made me less excited to have it all done but o well. Mine was 70.

depends on your area and laws

if this is your first offense see if you can get off with community service

Playing your music loud in a residential area is a bad idea all around. People sleep during the day and its an easy way for thieves to find their next target.

and on top of that, no one wants to hear your new lil wayne mix tape you and bobby made

I got it on the **** highway at 4:30 pm so I really don't see how in the hell I could be disturbing anybody, gotta wait till April 12th to see how much the fine is. ****in North Little Rock pd...

id fight it if i was on the highway unnless you got speakers on the outside of ur car ftl

nope, no speakers on the outside of the car and I plan on fighting it. Last time I looked at the local laws the noise ordinance was only for residential areas between the times of 10 pm and 8 am, nothing about the **** highway. I mean hell I aint even that loud

Pay it and turn it down.

this.. and unless they make court mandatory it should have the ticket price on there for your option to pay it without fighting it
