LOUD Buzzing sounds in all speakers, all 3 amps...

I bought a Kenwood KMM-BT312U to install in my boat and replace my stock clarion HU. I installed and as soon as I turned it on, I am getting a LOUD buzzing sound out of all speakers. The subs start makingclipping/hitting sounds and loud buzz out of amps. I turned down all gains and it doesnt help. I have 3 amps (1 zapco 1000 watt for tower speakers, 1 smaller kicker for inside speakers and JL 500/1 for subs. I am getting the noise from them all. I have unplugged each RCA's individually but no luck. I had no issues with old HU until it died on me. Same wiring, RCA's, grounding, etc. I basically pulled out old HU, wired power, remote, ground, amp on, and plugged RCA's. I thought it would be plug and play. Any thoughts? How should I diagnose?

Was gonna be my exact suggestion. Seeing more and more people with this problem, weird stuff.

try plugging in a phone into the amps and see if the noise is still there. Is there noise with all rca's disconnected? might just be an issue with the deck sending out a dirty signal.
