Lost my tune

Okay guys I'm running alpine r-s65c.2 components up front and r-s69 mids in the rear deck. I lost the crossover settings in my head unit (pioneer sph da120) that my installer set up when my battery got disconnected and he's not available. I have 2 sundown sa12 750w 4 ohm subs can anyone help me with this?

Im sure you can look up the crossover points for the midwoofer n tweeter.
