I think he is disrespectful to people unnecessarily, but he gets hated on all the time. I think in many cases he would be better off by not responding.

Ive spoken to him in person over the phone before, he was very nice and acted much differently than Ive seen him act online. Most of us are guilty of this, probably. Not making excuses for his attitude, just saying. If he bothers you, its pretty easy to ignore his online presence.
