its true tho if your colon is clean like brand new clean get that enyma or whatever its called you can lose i think 14 pounds of fecal matter that has "caked" on to the walls of your colon i learned about it in school a class called psychology wellness and you the best class i have ever had

yea my personal trainer told me about this as well...but she was talking about some different pills you can buy at GNC. She said it works and she does it at least once a year. Might give it a try.
