Looking For front stage amps

Im trying to be as cheap as possible, but still get decent power.

I currently have sets of JBL p660c's comps and need amps to run them.

I will need a 4 channel as my headunit is active capable.

My end choice has been PPI 900.4, but if i can find a stable and cheaper amp i would not mind.

I need my speakers near full use meaning getting enough power to take full advantage.

Any suggestions would help.

I have seen a autotek ata1400.4, but it seems to look like a boss clone.

You'd be better off with PPI i520.4 or Atom 1000.4. I can get you either of those.

I bought my 520.4 ion from trumpet and I can vouch for trumpet's ion 520.4 suggestion, its a powerful lil amp, perfect if you are going active on the H/U. I dare say best in its price class.

I got a 300/2v2 if you can find a matching one. That would make for some sick power. 150x2 with RIPs. 2 for 150x4.

I would love to get JL amps for the front, but if you give me one for a good price i might end up paying way more for another.. Maybe future i will look into them.

If you find one on Craigslist list and need another.. Mines mint and they go for around $200. Unless you find a sucker

nothing else is necessary unless you want something REALLY good

ppi 900.4 is a very nice amp.

but if your h/u has great active then any amp with the rms you need would be fine.

as your going to set the amp for full and set your h/u for crossovers.
