Looking for Alternative to Axxera AV7336MB

Hey there

I've had this Axxera AV7336MB for years now, but it's got some issues and needs to be replaced. I went to go buy a new one, only to find that it's been discontinued and there doesn't seem to be any newer models from Axxera.

I'd like my new head unit to basically be the exact same as the Axxera, and was wondering if anybody knew of one that meets these specs:

-Single DIN, with fold out touch screen
-Full RGB accent lights on the unit
-Detachable face plate for security
-SD Card slot, USB slot
-Bluetooth
-Aux
-Video playback
