I used to think that I could do that to. Until my doctor explained to me that there are thousands of bacteria on the surface of the human eyes moving around constantly and some people can shift their focus from that of something far away to something very very close, being the bacteria swimming on the top of my eyes. That's all it is, still pretty crazy though.
