ok so my wife joins this garage sale thing on facebook and sees this amp, buys it for me, and has it under the tree before i get home from work. $40 for a awesome condition PPI PCX-280!! Pretty freaking awesome i know!

Great find! Best deal I have found around here at a garage sale was an older Soundstream Tarantula TRA2000.2 for $40. That amp was a beast. Huge, heavy, and pretty powerful.

Wonderful wife. She knows how to definitely please you. My wife would do something like that as well. That PPI looks to be in great condition. That price is a steal for that amp.

its a new thing around here. its like local craigslist on facebook. search for one in ur area on facebook u would be surprised. and thanks for the comments guys this definatly is a steal and it is in great shape. id say 9/10 easy. the controls are perfect. the set screws are not stripped one bit and the face looks great
