yeah the way he explained the voice coils was weird but they are dual 4 ohms and each coil is 2 ohms is the way he explained it. A little update, i contacted him about selling the two for that price and he said he would do 460 shipped for both. Is that a good deal, I think it is but want some opinions.

Well, I checked on UPS and it is $72.06 to ship BOTH subwoofers. So at $460.00 for the pair, you are paying $193.97 per subwoofer. Now, is that a good deal ? I guess that is up to you !! I would tell him $150.00 per subwoofer (since you already paid that for one) and $100.00 for shipping (since it is $80.00 or less for shipping) and go from there.

$400 sounds fair to me as well. see how he plans on shipping and get a quote and then just go from there. but a multi item purchase shouldnt be more expensive per item.
