He's never scammed anyone that I've seen. He has a history of terribly slow shipping and was caught lying in some recent deals for some amps he was selling but I believe everyone always got their stuff or a refund in the end. What he did was unacceptable but I don't believe he is a scammer. If you can deal with him in person do it.
