LOL... my bad... I thought the black border of the center section was paint. As in you taped it off an painted it. So it looked like the paint bled a little bit but now I see it is the fuzzies of carpet...

if you want your box to look like that its very simple, its the basics of paint and autobody. prime your wood sand and spray a quality finish on it using a spray gun. bomb cans will work to wont be as nice but as long as you prime sand and paint itll look good //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Getting a flawless paint finish is one of the hardest things to do, especially on MDF which is why it's very expensive and very time consuming if you want it flawless. For that reason, most people don't bother making it flawless since that takes a good 4-5 times of wet sanding and re-spraying. If you don't mind orange peel, then it's okay, but if you do, then it gets pretty fun.
