So this sub starts rattling and I put the old one back in my truck and forget about it. Cleaning out the garage, find the sub, decide to get it fixed if possible.... I can't find any answers, so I start looking at it closely. Nothing happens so I turn the sub upside down and right to left and this piece of copper wire falls out.
It's around 1 1/2" long and is bent a 90 degree angle.
What is it? Is the sub broke or is this a non-essential part. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Maybe whoever built it accidentally dropped it in there, right? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsupwink.gif.129404938effda6ad9cca39e7f4b58a3.gif
Nice and heavy.
Advise me, CA genius's. Should I just hook it all up and go or does the sub need fixing?
