An unsuccessful algorithm update left my HT sub dead as a doorknob. No power, nothing! So the kind folks at Axiom rushed a replacement amp to me pronto. Here are some pictures:

The Box was really nicely packed:

Inside the MDF shipping enclosure was the amp:

Now that is customer service! I remember when I blew tweeter on my def tech tower they were offering me both towers new.

btw the new svs pb-13 ultra is having problems with the amp cutting off. So far 4 people on avs have reported the same problem. LOL good thing I didn't buy it instead of my DIY sub.

Yes it is. Heavy as hell! I think it weighs around 75 lbs total.

Heres some more pix of the ep 500 but your must be an updated version, it looks like yours has better ventilation and yours also has gold binding posts on the driver.
