well. for one, we listened to a bunch of speakers in a car with CD1-e's and viva7"ers with an active frontstage (3.5k and up to the horns, 50hz~3.5khz to the mids, 50 and down to the sub). we listned to an IDQ12, two IDQ15's, the RLS, and an inhuman18, we gave the RLS like 800w, and i am excited to say - that it was definatly reaching full excursion.
i dont know about you others that tested this with gobs of power, unless nick strapped some 2500ds and loosend the CRAP out of the suspension.
there were also a few dings in the cone (very minor) when it got to me -_-

but this sucker was doing 10hz to 1hz sweeps like it was its job. no mechanical noise at all, free-air, and in box. i was very impressed with the mechanical aspects of this speaker all around, i had my ear up to the thing and i heard NO mechanical noise even when it was freeair doing 25hz full volume.
