i dont have a sub level but my bass is at negative 6, my crossover is set properly, woofer is at a 2 ohm load, all wire's are ran correctly and the ground is fine. my gain is at 1/4, bass boost off, i dont use remote gain control, and my sub is not out of phase.......it is the enclosure! i will get the issue resolved when i get a chance.....besides ill be putting a pioneer 3002 spl in a 1.6 cube sealed enclosure this weekend!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif we will see what happens there

it is funny.....i went out to listen to it for a sec. and the sub moves a lot.it looks like it is getting full power, but it sounds like a few hundred watt's not 800....... so im positive it is the enclosure

This comment concerns me. You can not gauge how much wattage a system is running by listening to it. Saying it didn't sound like 800 watts means ignoring important factors like driver efficiency, driver/enclosure efficiency, enclosure type/size/alignment, freq response, possible phase issues, etc etc.
Have you considered you may have switched to a much less efficient driver that requires more than a 200 watt increase to reach their maximum potential? placing them in too small of a box would amplify that problem.
