look @ these meter differences...

That's why you don't buy a cheap ($10) multimeter. I have a $300 Ideal multimeter and have tested it against $40 meters for voltage and they were almost exact. The expensive multimeters excel when it comes to all the extra features (resistance, frequency, temperature and ect...).

 
That's why I borrow my friend's $330 Fluke when I do installs. I can't afford a good one. He works for Ford and they payed for it and he keeps it there, but when I need it all I gotta do is call.

closest somebody can get to a fluke and not paying the full price of a fluke is the TPI meters. I love my TPI-440 Scope
i dont know the craftsman has a hundreth of a difference in readings from the fluke on dc and ac I compared both at work.
