I know this is going to sound a tad crazy but who knows, I have seen crazier things happen.
I don't remember the guys name but it almost seems to be on the tip of my tounge if that makes sense. Back when I was a kid about 16yrs ld there was one guy that I totally looked up to, he was an installer at the Audio Room in Cedar Rapids, IA. I know he left there and the last time I knew had moved on and was installing out of his house. I remember he had a black Honda CRX with all Nakamichi speakers including Nakamichi 8's for subs. He had all all Alpine up front including a cassette HU and a Alpine CD HU stacked in the dash. Sorry I am just giving details that I remember. He mentioned to me once that he took 2nd in IASCA finals in the 151-600 PRO class and took 2nd because they had bumped him into the next class because one of his HU was rated at 7w x 4 and they kicked up a class for finals. Not, sure if the IASCA deal was true but it is one of those cars that sounded oh so good and one I will remember for the rest of my life. I dont have any idea what happened to this guy but I wouldnt mind letting him know that I always respected the crap out of him and he was one of my biggest influences. If you guys have any idea who im talking about please, let me know.
