New drinking law?

16yo's and older can drink w/ their parents anywhere that has a liquor license. I can't see that passing :/ The thought behind it is to teach them "responsible" drinking.

It is legal for parents to give their children alcohol in their own home.....At least in SC

Yeah, I have a german foreign exchange student in my composition class, their drinking age is 16 haha, like it seriously sounds like everyone there is an alcoholic? Thats how it sounds anyway. Like 17th/18th century US!!!
