Well, I was looking for a cheap alternative to crutchfield.com for my kenwood x789 which i plan to order in the next couple of days, because if I had to order from crutchfield I would only have enough cash for a x589 but what I'm wondering is anyone has dealt with or heard of Locust audio on ebay? any help would apperciated thanks

which arrived 100% totally demolished

is etronics a safe buy? "wont come damaged or pre-used" everythings new in box correct? cuz i checked the price of the 789, not bad on there so just curious

Thanks guys, I really Apperciate the help, ordering the cd player tuesday morning, wiring/amp/sub is being ordered nov. 3rd //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif, still need to find a box builder who don't charge over 150$ and other than that I'll let you guys know how I like everything and try to post pics of my setup when I get it all installed. Oh one more question for those who are reading this, do you think if I custom cut and laid a 1/4" thick piece of mdf in my trunk to cover the spare area(so the box dont move etc..) that it would break? the mdf would cover the whole floor of my trunk.

Use 1/4 plywood much more sturdy and durable . For MDF I'd use 3/4 as the base but not 1/4
