Locking security screws

Do people have security screws on there amps? Would those even work? You need a special ending to unscrew them. Isnt that a good prevention way of theft?

Yes, i plan on useing them all around, i want to put an extra layer of mdf over the top of my box, to cover the screws on the sub, and put the mdf on with security screws. They are almost like lock lugs for your tires.

It's a good way to get your cones slashed, when the thieves figure out they can't unscrew it from the box.

trust me. i would rather pay for a recone kit(100 dollars) than buy a new xxx (410 dollars). the longest screw that i can find is 1 inch long at parts express. they are 25c each and the bit is 3.25
