Local Traffic Increasing.

I live in a very small town. My town is surrounded by big towns all of which are about 15 minutes away.

Outside of my town is a road that all traffic from one town takes to get to another big town where they work. On that road is a bridge. That bridge is under construction untill December something.

The traffic that used to take that road, now takes my road. They are dirrected away from this road via signs and barricades that block half of the road. There used to be almost no traffic on my road at all, now i can barely pull out onto that road. The Kane County Police have not yet had one patrol car out here to enforce the local traffic only signs. It's really starting to piss me off when i am doing the speed limit on this little half mile long road (45) and i am passed.

This morning i came from one of the neighboring towns because my dad lives out there, and wouldn't you know, i took the same route others did and watched them ignore detour signs and go down my street. these ****ers are starting to get at me, i refuse to deal with this for the next few months. traffic is widely increased all over town, it is only a matter of time before there is a major accident.

Get used to it. It takes me an hour and a half to drive the 20 miles to Atlanta from my house. On a bad day it can take up to two hours.

tie 2 tin garbage cans together and put them across from each other across the road and watch the fun or you could just call the police a lot and call the sherrifs dept a lot. and if none of that works then start picketing (sp)

The point is what these cars are doing is adding heavy traffic to an area that is not meant for heavy traffic. conclusion: there will be an accident. a major one at that with the rate these cars are traveling at.

yea it is true... right were i live, the 710 ends, the longest it took me was 1 hour to go 2 miles.

its madness. i hate LA traffic.
