Um, you're new around here. Id research that before you make yourself look like more of a moron.

And as far at the q-powers - you can get any cone you want put on any speaker over there in china/korea/asia. Those particular subs are about $10 in cost to the wholeseller before shipping to USA. And, in a proper enclosure and given proper power it would most likely perform as an average low end sub. There's nothing wrong with that if that's what your looking for to start with.
