yeah because i found a website for wv and it said 50-2000 dollars and I dont wanna pay 2000 dollars for a cig butt.

this thread made my night, i hate ****ers like you that flick your cigs out the window so they can fly into my bumper as i'm driving

life would be good of more cops gave out these types of tickets

hahaha ****. that sucks. few years ago i got pulled over on the freeway for the same thing. it was a 368 dollar fine and 8 hours community service. but it got me to quit.
