well around here when i went to court for careless driving,there were some people in court for that. judge made them do fine plus like 8 hours of community service.

Court might say the cops a doucher. But i doubt it. Your looking at at least 100 dollars. Around here we have signs ALL over the place. Usually a 50- 500 dollar fine anywhere around here

yeah because i found a website for wv and it said 50-2000 dollars and I dont wanna pay 2000 dollars for a cig butt.

Since you were from out of state you might get hammered. Make an example out of you. Headlines, CNN, Matt Lauer.....name the law for littering after you. The Mattp13 Act is what they will call it.

Throwing-out a lit cigarette can be dangerous... Makes me sick knowing people just throw-out their burning cigs wherever they are driving.

But, a friend-of-mine did-it and her fine was $250.

This. I usually pull up behind them, roll down both windows and crank up some jeezy at about 150+ and see how they like that.
