So I was on my way back from charlestown and i flicked my cig out the window and got pulled over. The cop gave me a ticket for littering from motor vehicle . anyone know how much this gonna cost?

yeah because i found a website for wv and it said 50-2000 dollars and I dont wanna pay 2000 dollars for a cig butt.

every county/state is different. but if he cited you for tossing a lit object, i know that's more than standard littering like waste/trash.

whats the violation code you were cited for? and where also

its littering from a mv, 171.14.14 and it was in charlestown ,wv
