liquid nails a must?

Ok, so take it apart, use wood glue on all the seams/joints, put it back together using the woodscrews, and I'm done.

Leave the screws in place when glue is dried.

How will this affect the sound/effieciency/resonance of the box? j/w

 
Oh you talkin about like holding up dowels and shit for FG? I thought you were referring to actual enclosure construction, cause i can't think of a situation where you would even want to use it.

I use hot glue to seeal the seams inside the box as well. Duct tape also works for this but is unreliable and tacky.
