Lil Wayne can rap...sort of. But Jay-Z has REAL money, life investments...he owns sport teams and stadiums, record companies and clothing companies...not some alblums and a couple million.

Whether or not Jay-Z can rap doesnt matter. I think he can...some think he cant.

i personally dont rate my favorite rappers based on money, **** dollar bills is he ill and does he have skill...his money doiesnt make my music listening experiance any better or worse and it doesnt pay my bills so i pay zero attention to that aspect...botton line is, if you like the sound pump it, if you dont turn it off...

Who Jay-Z or Bill Gates? Whow cares if Bill Gates started with money. He went from a moderately rich family to a college drop out to the worlds richest man. He probably donates more money to charity than Operah's Sallary and he is probably 5 times more humble. Every time Operah makes a donation she makes a big deal out of it.

jay z doesnt "****" hes just trying to adapt his style like every other artist who tries to push on with time...if your telling me he sucks, your nuts...if you can hold up reasonable doubt and sean carter volumes 1-3 and tell me he sucks your out of your mind...him as an artist and as an emcee, he doesnt ****, his inability to find a niche with the newer listeners sucks...hes like someone going to highschool for 12 years, hes the top of the top in his class and knows it all and at the same time is trying to change what he is to appeal to the new students, but the new students dont get it...

Perhaps you missed the whole record sales post?

Not super new but still his 'newer' stuff, he mixed his old lyrics and beats with Linkin Park Lyrics and music/beats and dropped an alblum that was more sucessful than most of lil wayne's alblums.
