Sundown Nightshade V1 D2 15. Barely broken in, very little use on it.

I picked this up a few days ago with the hopes of keeping this for a few years....and then more bills came. so I'm looking to get back what i have invested in it.

Item(s) Description/Condition:

Near perfect, cone is still stiff. Guy i bought it from had it on 1000w rms for a few weeks. It was stiff as any bnib sub i've ever felt when i first installed it. I've been running it conservatively on my xx-cyclops. It's a little bit looser than when i first got it but it still has some more breaking in to do. The middle slug on the magnet has some white ish coloration on it, probably will wipe off with some water. The sub looks like it came striaght from sundown since all the glued joints look perfect from factory.

In the pics there might be a piece or two of lint on the cone from the cloth i wiped it down with. Trust me, there's no scratches or blemishes on the cone or dustcap.

how does it do sealed or whats smallest ported

sealed i wouldnt recommend

if you have decent power it'll do small ported all day. mine was in 3cubs @ 33hz which is at the smallest end of the ported volume range iirc....and it played AWESOME. very loud, very musical, awesome highs and lows...the bigger the box the less power you'll need to reach full excursion. i think if you have a good 2.5kw or more on tap you'll do just fine with this in a small ported. 3cubs @ 33hz really did the trick for me. same box featured in the video in the first post.
