Lights Dimming, Kinetic?

heres the prob. i have dimming lights and i need to resolve the issue. hes the two options
Replace stock batt with a Kinetic-HC600

Or

Get a 5 farad capacitor to handle the power, both the same price but whats better in the long run?
While it is possible that a higher-capacity battery than whatever it is your vehicle now could potentially help your problem audiobahnuser's post is a very valid one...

Read the sticky in the electronics section called the BIG 3

Or just follow this link and it will take you right to it.

Upgrading your "Big 3" of underhood wiring will do more for an overtaxed charging system than any battery and certainly more than any "stiffening capacitor" will and cost you considerably less to boot! All in all? A Win-Win situation. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsup.gif.3287b36ca96645a13a43aff531f37f02.gif

what if i put the HC600 in the back and do the big 3? sound like a winner?

if i put the batt in the rear w/o the big 3 would it still function the same way?

heres what im talking about. this is the dimming beast

cap wont do shit. more battery power will though (and the big of of course). i'd get an 800 or 1200 for the battery. you may still experienc dimmage with the 600. definitly get the 800 for 1200. itll be worth every penny....

put another battery in the back
also a really good idea. only do that though if u have both lead/acid (starter) batteries or both deep cycle. the kinetiks im preety sure are deep cycle.....see if u can get ahold of some cheap *** 40 dollar deep cycle for the front, and stick the 600 in the back, youll be set.
