My old HU, kenwood excelon, was stolen recently and I just installed a new JVC cheap-o HU. All the wires are connected using butt-connectors and each one individually wraped in electrical tape. Then I wrapped all the wires in electrical tape as one harness. On to the problem, whenever I turn my headlights on there is so much interference that I can't understand anything coming through the speakers.
I own two noise filters I had bought previously for an amp power wire.
Let me know what I can do to fix this problem so I can listen to the radio during night as well as during the day!
