If both of their names were on the account as signers, then legally there is nothing he (packerfan) can do unless the account was designated as a "two signatures required" account or in some other way restricting the ability of either party to withdraw money on their own without the others consent. But if the account was just a "joint" account with both people as signers, by law either party has an equal right to withdraw the full amount in the account. You need to do somethin now!!! call the police or somethin but don't let him take your money if it's all yours.
If you earned that money, its yours. When your mommy and daddy have a child, they sacrifice everything for it. Thats just one of the responsibilities that parents have to accept when they have a kid.if my ma took money from me i wouldnt care, seeing as how she's sacrificed soo much for her children. I'm sure your parents have sacrificed alot for each of you....some of u, no.
true, but im not talkin about jus raising a child i mean the extra b/s they had to deal with i.e. $10,000 in attorney fees.If you earned that money, its yours. When your mommy and daddy have a child, they sacrifice everything for it. Thats just one of the responsibilities that parents have to accept when they have a kid.
Pray to God u never have a kid bigger than u.If my kid did that I'd beat the shit out of him. Twice.
