I'm trying to build a speaker box with 2 plexi windows or 1 big window that is 36x12 for 4 12" sub woofers. I'm trying two find out is 1/2 Lexan stronger than 3/4 Plexi Acrylic? I will be running 3000 watts to 4 subs ported. How thick does it have to be to not crack of flex? I've held some thinner plexi in my hand it felt strong enough, but I guess the bass pressure does a number on the plexi? The box will be about 10 cubes.

the lexan is 250x stonger than glass and I believe plexi is only 60x stronger than glass the lexan will hold up a lot better but im not sure how think you would have to go for it not to flex it depends on how big you wan the window and how you insert it
