That's a weak argument, unfortunately. Free Speech is guaranteed by the US Constitution, specifically within the Bill Of Rights but you still cannot yell "Fire!" in a crowded theater for shits and giggles under penalty of law.

Phat knew he was blatantly violating the TOS when he did what he did and he has taken responsibility for it. I believe his motivations were in the right place but his methodology pushed Goob into a corner wherein he really had no choice but to take the action that he did.

Having said that...do I believe that Phat should be the only casualty? Absolutely not. Do I think PhatTonyDeNARCO is some kind of hero? Again, absolutely not. I have exactly zero use for a snitch ~ especially when said snitch was every bit as involved in the fracas as those who have been sanctioned for their efforts.

i dont agree with what phat did, i do agree with his reasoning to do so, however what he did was totally unnessesary. it personally did not bother me, but im sure half of the guys on here have kids and would rather not have them walk in on them while they browsing the forum and theres a big female dick across the screen. just because it is the INTERNET does not mean you should act retarted because you can. i dont stick my wang in your pole vent, so dont post dog **** on the car audio forum.
